Absolutely horrible customer service from Edo Japan. Do not think for a single second that the manager cares for your complaints about rude customer service, because after my last visit, I soon learned that he is the one displaying such aggressive and rude behavior. All I did was ask what sides were available for my meal, and I was met with an aggressively rude response. Soon after which, I had left the building and called for the manager and I was met with a person claiming to be said manager (whom of which refused to give their name, insisting on asking and knowing mine before asking what was wrong, not only that, but they used MY NAME as their own) as they put no effort into handling the situation or asking what happened, then shrugged it off like it was nothing. I enjoy eating here as the food is always satisfactory but if verbal abuse is what I am to expect before ordering then i will not be visiting again. . . . . . . .
Just met with Rubin. (The Real manager) He treated us with the utmost kindness when we returned, he was very respectful and understanding. He reassured us that we would NOT be treated like then when we come back. Thanks to him I will be revisiting the store to enjoy the delicious food.
I really appreciate that they took care of this matter properly and swiftly. We were also given a free meal in good faith that something like this wouldn't happen...
Read moreCame in to order some food today, I'm very unhappy with my service. The man who was serving me was very rude and unprofessional. He was an older Asian male around 40. He was speaking very loudly and he would give me very short answers like he does not want to be there. I walked out of the restaurant and he shouted curse words me as I left. Everybody inside of the restaurant was looking at him wondering why he's shouted. Another customer came up to me while I was getting into my vehicle saying that the man did the same thing to her as well. Read moreMy partner and I arrived at the restaurant at 10:20 am. Online it says opens at 10 am, as displayed on the door of the restaurant says opens at 10 am. We were refused of service, and told the restaurant wasn’t open until 11am. When trying to explain to a worker the hours on the display say open at 10am incase they weren’t aware, I was met with a rude glare and dismissed by the worker simply walking away from me.
I was not hostile, in fact I was met with dismissal and disrespect.
I’ll still be coming back because the bubble tea...
