Horrible- I mistakenly assumed the food I was ordering was gluten free, the sweet and sour ribs were battered, most places I have went they are not battered. I kindly told them my mistake and they would not accommodate my request for different food, I apologized for my mistake and they thumbed through the book and said they did not know what I could eat, and said thy I already ordered it, which is true. Restaurants should know what gluIten free is. I could not eat at all and the negative experience ruined d my date with my boyfriend. To make matters worse my boyfriend still had to pay for tthe meal I could not eat. This will be a lesson to me to immediately let the servers know I cannot have gluten and not to go there where they do not care if have a good experience or if I eat at all. My boyfriend and I have been financially struggling and wanted to reward ourselves with the little money we could make after going back to work and not being paid by the government for 8 weeks. I do not appreciate the unprofessional way I was treated, I did not tell or swear as I was taught at church to treat others as I would like...

I guess, I should've known better right from the start! I went in asking if their seating section was open, which she replied "yes". HOWEVER things are done differently I guess in her restaurant. She gives me a take out menu and tells me to circle what I wanted and pay BEFORE I took my seat! I should've know it was going to be one of 'those' experiences. I started with a small wonton soup. To be fair, the wontons were big and you got 5 in a small....cool! Here's the kicker, the broth was bland, tasteless and rather anemic to say the least. The soup, terrible, and presentation? What presentation?!! My entire meal was served in styrofoam containers....yep, take out but sitting in!! The main meal came piping hot, which indicates it was just made... excellent I thought! The pineapple chicken can only be described as a good size piece of chicken surrounded by glue, the rice resembled sand and the garlic pork was freezer burnt.... BTW, does anyone know what meat is...

I'm sorry but I have ate here many times and it has been fantastic experience every time I have gone here to eat my meals, and I also see this Frank guy on here running down the food. There food and service and friendliness is always exceptional. If this Frank guy doesn't want to give the owners the opportunity to correct anything that happened then his words will fall on deaf ears and he should just go away. Your food and your restaurant service will speak for themselves. We love your food keep up the good work guys. Trust me word of mouth will out last this nay sayer anyway !!! Great restaurant, go and enjoy the food...
