Whilst I understand that it takes a bit of time to get a business up and running, even a cookie cutter business like Starbucks, there are still quite a few things that this store needs to figure out. Most importantly, when you are closing and still have cars in your drive thru waiting, it is common courtesy to go and put a sign up saying that you are closed so no one else enters the drive thru (especially when you close at strange hours - like 5:30pm on Sundays). It is also best practice to then serve those that have been waiting in the drive thru. If someone waits 10 minutes to get to the order kiosk and is then told the store arbitrarily decided the customer in front of them was the last, they will not be particularly impressed. I ordered a salted caramel cold brew and got something with a whole bunch of cinnamon dumped on top. Yuck! My husband ordered an English Breakfast Tea, black and got tea with foam on top.
