Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Wetaskiwin

I ordered through the mobile app. Thinking I’d be proactive and save time on my lunch break. But I still had to wait for my order and asked why they were only making it then. They said they only start making the order when you come in or to drive through and inform them. What’s the point of preordering app if they’re just going to make you wait for them to make the items. And then it’s a rush order, my sandwich was slapped together in disarray most likely because they were rushing and they forgot the sleeves for my teas probably again due to rushing. Whereas if they made the order once they got it in the mobile app, it wouldn’t have been rushed and made sloppy and I wouldn’t have had to wait. And it’s already paid for through the app, so not sure what the point of waiting is🤷🏽‍♀️. Or have a time request like Starbucks has. So they know when you want it made. Idk. What is with the local Tim Hortons franchises lately? Are you trying to intentionally lose your customer base? I went in two days ago to get a coffee at the south end store in Wetaskiwin. There were 5 staff members I presume were on duty. The dining room was empty. I waited for someone to serve me a for at least 5 minutes. I made eye contact with 3 of them and nothing. Finally I saw one if them finish serving a young couple ahead of me thinking it was my turn next. Nope, that guy promptly went into the kitchen area and basically hid in there. I still waited... Nothing. I finally left. The drive thru wasn't that busy at all. I still went inside and was disappointed any way. Terrible if not nonexistent customer service here. Do yourselves a favor and stay away from this Tim Hortons outlet and watch them run an iconic Canadian coffee shop into the ground. ZERO stars but I was forced to give one star...

Went in to grab a smoothie and waited a few minutes to be acknowledged and there was many workers standing around, I would say at least 6 were there and nobody else in front of me. Finally had someone come over and placed my order. Needed the ladies room but door says to ask for key up front. The lady let me in and the toilet was clogged, i came back out to let the workers know and the one lady started cussing up and down because toilet was clogged. She let me in to use the other washroom and that was was clogged up as well. I get that it can happen but isn't there staff to monitor the cleanliness of them? Was not expecting that behavior when letting them know there was a problem, the cussing and attitude i received did not sit right with me. I will be reporting to...
