I went in for a quick medium, i asked him for hot and ready he said its about 5 minutes and the line up for people had all been waiting 20-30 minutes. They had at least 8 people working there today or more that I could t see. Cashier seemed like he was having an anxiety attack and couldn’t organize a thing. Finally he mentions a cheese is hot and ready…. I took it. It was barely warm. 6$ convenience is not worth and I waited longer than 5 minutes it takes 7 minutes to cook a pizza “regular done” which is what those usually are. By the time I ate my last slice it was like a rock…. I used to work customer service. I understand things can get hectic/stressful and they’re paid minimum wage and forced to work like they make 25$ an hour probably. But when I see that much staff and no one knows what is up or down. Read moreI had a terrible experience at Little Caesars recently, and I feel compelled to share it. The service was extremely rude, and the level of disrespect was shocking. The cashier, a Punjabi man, was unprofessional and showed no courtesy to customers. Instead of being welcoming or polite, his attitude made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
Customer service is a critical part of any business, but it seems like this location doesn’t prioritize it at all. The staff’s behavior, especially the cashier’s, was dismissive and unhelpful, leaving a bad taste in my mouth before I even got the food.
Little Caesars should seriously invest in training their staff to treat customers with respect and professionalism. Until then, I wouldn’t recommend this...

Then I asked for pizza sauce on the pretzel instead of the cheddar sauce and was told you cannot do it when I went to order online it gave me the option so it doesn't make any sense. The female then starts speaking in a foreign language to someone else fully ignoring me asking for her name. You need better staff that can accommodate customers wishes.
