What makes Banabshah so incredible? Let me break it down for you: She handles multiple orders simultaneously with zero mistakes. Multitasking doesn’t just seem like a skill for her—it’s an art form. The second you walk in, she acknowledges you with a warm smile, even if she’s mid-task. Whether she’s dressing a sub or handling cash, you’re never ignored. Her demeanor is so positive and welcoming that it’s a rarity in today’s customer-facing industry.

Read moreWorst experience ever!!! Not sure the spelling of her name but Meneeza was extremely rude!!!!! She refused to put extra toppings on the subs and would not allow us to have toppings on the side. She made the subs messy and shook her head the entire time she was making them. She complained the subs were messy but she was the one making them. We asked for them to be grilled and she refused. After taking two bites I had to go up and pretty much beg for more lettuce explaining to another worker that Meneeza told me I cannot have any lettuce but there's not enough on it at all. Meneeza then shook her head repeatidly in disapproval. I've been to subway many times and have never had such a poorly made sub. Meneeza was very rude from the start. While in the restaurant i heard her speaking about me and being rude to another worker and on the phone with someone. When I walked over to the counter to speak with her she started recording me claiming I was harassing her. I have never been treated so poorly. Making false claims of harassment should not be taken lightly. I hope this can be followed up on as her behaviour seems very unstable. Read moreJust ordered two footlongs via the subway app and had an absolutely horrible experience not just with taste and them following instructions but also with the lady on the phone . I told her the sub tasted horrible and had not been toasted as instructed on app . Also had very little sauces and felt dry . I said we have opened and eaten one but can u remake the other unopened one as I can bring it back sealed .She got so defensive and rude and said I don’t care if u liked it or not , my manager can check camera on me toasting it and adding sauces . I will not remake any part of your order . I said u have no etiquette to talk to the customers and she said if you have a problem complain to my manager tomorrow . I mean wow , badly made sub and 0 manners to talk to customers . Will use another subway location even if it’s far away and advice others to stay away from this place , where some very rude people work .
