Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Whitby

This is by far the worst pizza place in Whitby. Zero Customer Service and they run this place like a mom and pop shop, they have no standards. The mangers have absolutely no customers service skills and should NOT be in their roles. They do not know how to communicate with their customers.

I have been ordering from this establishment, since they opened at this location. I called to order pizzas and had asked to get Large pizzas in my usual orders. Although he addressed me by name when I gave him my number, he said there were no previous orders. I gave him my order! When my pizzas arrived they were incorrect and they were missing toppings.

A few days later I called and spoke with a young lady, I voiced my complaint. She advised that she saw all my previous orders and that yes, I was a long standing customer. She offered a full credit of my order due to the error. She said she would place the credit on my file for future orders ( the conversation was recorded).

When I was ready to order, I called and there was no credit on my account. I spoke with the "manger" Alex, he advised there was no credit and I had only ordered once ( all though the previous employee was able to see ALL my previous orderes. His call was also recorded). He was extremely rude, he was cynical, condescending and scarsastic. He stated "I obviously wanted pizzas for free"! I have never experienced such disgusting behavior from a so called manager at an establishment. Some of these people should not be operating any business. They lack basic people and communication skills. They have no clue how to operate a business in the North American system. Alex was so inappropriate and lacked basic decency, he laughed when I advised I would be contacting Head Office. Clearly he has no regard for the Brand he represents!

Needless to say, that night I took my business and my customer loyalty to Domino's who has always valued me as a customer and my hard earned...

ok so im angry☹️🙀 I came here looking for papa john because anyone who calls themselves papa has to be hot, right? I picture him like a scruffy, tall, muscular dilf with big hands; kind of like joel from the last of us. God i love pedro pascal😻😻😻😻😻 ANYWHO i shimmied over to papa johns to meet the love of my lice but upon my arrival, i was greeted by a grumpy looking employee. I politely asked her if i could speak to papa john but she laughed in my face and told me that he wasn’t here. So i asked her where i could find him but she insisted she didn’t know! How rude!! Her and the other employees were mocking me so i high tailed it out of there and cried. How could they be so cruel?? I sat on the curb beside a homeless man and thought for a moment- maybe the girl wanted to keep papa john to herself! She was lying to me as to keep me away from the dilfy pizza owner! Well not on my watch sister😡😡😡 I stormed back in there, demanding that i see papa join immediately, screaming and pleading and even crying. I shoved the employees out if the way and ran into the back, stumbling upon the manager who looked like a female version of tom holland. I demanded to speak to papa john but she insisted that it is simply the name of the store, and she has no idea who papa john is. Well i call baloney on that!! She just wanted to keep him to herself, just like the other girl. By golly was i angry!! I started strangling her until the police were called and i was dragged out of there dramatically, screaming for papa john. But the cops were kind hot so i calmed down a bit. I've been ordering from this Papa John's location for about 3-4 years but sadly my experience has been really downhill over the last 1-2 years. They used to be good, not sure what's changed. The quality of the food has deteriorated and arrives cold at times. I order my pizza well-done and it arrives sloppy and undercooked. Items are constantly missing or incorrect and delivery drivers just stare at you with nothing to say. I've had orders not arrive at all before - the website says delivered but I never received anything. There is no satisfying level of customer service whatsoever. Good luck trying to contact a head office - I've asked and have been told by the store manager that there is no head office phone line. Drivers never read the delivery notes and have woken up my upstairs roommates by going to the wrong door whenever I've tried to order food later at night. There is one driver there who genuinely cares - there was one time he went to a local grocery store to get me a drink when it was missing from the order. I wish I had his name to shout him out. Please save your money and get your pizza from somewhere else. There are lots of other places with better quality food and customer service.
