Worst customer service ever! I went to this location yesterday morning and ordered two combos. After leaving I realized they had forgotten the 2 hashbrowns. I immediately went back and asked for the hashbrowns. The lady didn't believe me and asked the other lady if she had given them to me. They then told me that they didn't have any hashbrowns and that I had to pick a cookie, donut or muffin. I told them I didn't want any of those and I got my refund shoved hard into my hand and a dirty look. I was not rude to them whatsoever, I just wanted my hashbrowns. Instead I was treated horribly and made to feel like I was the one in the wrong. Definitely not the right way to treat loyal customers! This location is definitely convenient for me but I will go out of my way to go to another Tim Hortons and avoid this one all together. HORRIBLE...
Read moreHey… today i called your store for a complaint for the wedges quantity .. its like its my 2nd time here last time they gave me my steep tea mixed with coffee because they were not having enough steep tea ready so they mixed half with coffee… and today they gave me half the quantity of wedges and filled the whole baggage with my condiment (sauce) cup . So fist time also i was got very irritated but I ignored but today i called and this review is to make sure you remember your words and next time when i ll come i ll take my wedges … because its very hard to earn money and you guys can’t play with that every time by replacing stuff and giving less quantities because you don’t have enough ready to serve..

Read moreI arrived at this tim Hortons in Whitby at 9:50p.m placed my order...lg steeped tea. Got to the window, person had my order wrong at told me "they don't have steeped tea" when i adked since when the answer was they'd cleaned down and dumped the pots for closing!! I checked to see what time this lication closed...11:00 p.m! When I told the server the closing time was in over snhour si why couldn't i have what I odered the answer was" we're closing early because staff have to catch rides early". Excuse me??!! Guess management doesn't know this location closes way earlier...
