I hope the owners of this restaurant read this.
I WITNESSED this:
As one of the employees was moving buns from one oven to another, one of the buns hit the floor. She put on a plastic glove, picked up the bun and placed it on the counter. She looked around to see if anyone saw, then opened the oven and place the fallen dirty bun back in the oven behind the rest of them.
I confronted her and told her to make sure she threw it in the garbage. She was shocked and embarrassed. Good. I hope so.
If she decided to do this on her own, shame on her. If her boss instructed her to do this to minimize loss, then shame on both of them.
There is no such thing as the five second rule. Dirt, bacteria and all kinds of crap are transferred INSTANTLY.
Either way, we are never going back to this location.

Read moreVistited today got my sub. Guy at the counter told me no wraps. Asked if i could wash my hand as i have to eat got an answer as a straight NO as they have to close at 9:00 PM while it was only 8:47 PM Requested will take just 1 minute. “ NO” i am a driver walked all the way from sobeys to get my sub now i ll have to wait to wash my hands untill i reach a tim Hortons near by. Which will result in the worst quality sub as it will be cold by that time. By the time i reached tim hortons it was 9:58 PM and they were closed 😔
I visited Subways at 6:30 pm on August 25, 2020. It was such a bad customer experience at this location. First, I did not receive a greeting when ordering. Second, I had ordered 2 turkeys' foot-long sub, and the guy only put 3 slices of turkey slices on the sub, but when I asked him if he wasn't going to put the required 6 slices, he then lifted the slices to show he doubled up the meat.
