Terribly slow service. Only one staff working. I waited for 10 minutes while customer ahead of me was being served. I understand the owner doesn't want to cut into their profit by putting more employees on shift but this was utterly ridiculous. On my last few visits, I've noticed that this place has started skimping on the toppings. They opened with a bang and now the service and quality is on a huge decline. The lid did not fit my burrito bowl container so she secured the lid with a rubber band!! Upon cashing out, I was short changed and let the employee know I was missing some money. Very sad to see this place go downhill because it was my go-to place for lunch once a week....I don't think I'll be back. If this location continues to operate like this, it will not be in business for very long.

Edit: Thanks for your copy-and-paste canned response but I contacted you at the email provided and never heard back. Don't act like you care and want to fix this in front of others to make yourself look good when you don't care about customer feedback. I will definitely not be recommending...

I ordered a large spicy chicken burrito with basically everything except corn. I had them add hot sauce because most places don't have the heat level I'm looking for. Big mistake on my part because it was SPICY AF. I basically got exactly what I asked for but I created an expectation in my mind that most places that have "spicy" chicken are catering to people with lower spice tolerances than me. That was not the case. Anyway, I got like 2lbs of meat, rice and vegetables for $20 (including tip) and i was super happy with the value and quality. I'll definitely order it without the extra hot sauce next time around but I loved the quick service on Friday at 11am. I'm a local chef and this was my first time at a burrito place in a while. Very impressive quality...
