Last month purchased combos and the drinks tasted and smelled like chemicals. We had to discard the drinks both times. The fries were also undercooked one time and extremely long waiting time, 15-20mins for 4 cars... I requested a call back from customer support twice, agent said I would get a call back, and I still haven't heard back.
Last night I picked up Swiss chalet, instead of fountain drinks, we got bottles and they stated there was no charge. We were charged 1.50 per bottle... We ordered 2 de-boned qrtr chicken combos and 2 kids meals. Instead of a dirt and worms treat for my kids, they got a plant growing kit. Good thing I reviewed before giving it to them. My chicken had a large part of cartilage that I bit into, turning me off. Went for a sip of mtn dew, and tasted funny. Expired Dec. 30 2019. Went to store to complain, spoke to manager, got proper treats and new mtn dew... went to drink it today and noticed it expired Apr.20 2020... no words. Just appalling to be honest...
We will not be going back to this location unless we can be assured the experience will change. The staff are very nice, nothing against them. However, it highly lacks...

This was the second time I've bought a burger and fries with chalet sauce through the drive-thru line and by the time I arrived home (5 minute drive) the burger was literally cold. Fries and dipping sauce were hot, burger cold. Only this time the bun was so stale I could not believe it! Is it because they prepared the burger immediately from the moment I ordered it and it sat there for 15 minutes as I waited behind two other cars for their orders to be made? Can the employees not judge from the orders ahead of me how long they should wait before having my order ready? Did they just pass me some old, stale burger that was sitting out too long? I went through the drive-thru on July 25/19 at about 7pm. The male employee at the pick-up window was just standing around chatting with the girl taking the drive-thru orders. I got home and expected a fresh hot meal, but was faced with every single item I ordered on a 30+ dollar meal to be ice cold. Every member in my family complained so I decided to call the store. I told whomever I was on call with my experience and was then placed on hold for 20 minutes. I re-called and I was speaking to the shift manager at the time. When I told her the issue, she immediately got defensive of her staff and claimed that the food was made fresh. The only solution she offered was to come back to the store with my food and then she would decide if we could get a replacement. At this point, we were unhappy with our service and just wanted a refund but were told we had to wait to call the owner. I did not get an apology at all and was only met with an accusatory tone from the store manager making it seem like I was lying about my complaint.
