Went to this tims drive thru yesterday evening. I ordered multiple things including 2 drinks ,a box of donuts and a cookie in the drive through. Employee gave me everything except the Reese cookie. I asked is that everything? He said yes, but didn’t bother to give me a receipt just was trying to get rid of me as fast as possible rather than checking. My passenger said I ordered the cookie. I go in and I ask for the receipt to check and turns out I did and it was never given to me. The employee from the drive through comes over and instead of admitting his mistake, makes a snarky remark saying that he gave it to me and questioning me as if I’d come back to steal just one cookie? Like ? when I said no u didn’t he checked the counter and saw he forgot to give it to me. Instead of apologizing he’s like “this is for someone else but I guess you can have it” like EXCUSE ME?! U MADE THE MISTAKE NOT ME and you’re acting like YOU DID ME A FAVOUR it’s on the RECEIPT?! Ridiculously horrible service. First time here in years and the service is getting worse and worse. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t expect 5 star service,but I do expect a certain level of kindness especially when I had to go out of my way to get the order after you’ve rushed me out of the drive thru… not sure how they train their employees here but it doesn’t appear they are trained on customer service procedures.I would steer clear entirely...

They CANNOT get the order right EVER… I hv recently started going this place since its closer to my workplace and i experienced a mishap everytime i ordered something. First time i ordered egg and cheese on a croissant and they just gave me a croissant cut in half. Next time i ordered an icecap medium and they charged me extra on that. Today i ordered a coffee and my croissant with egg n cheese and said no bacon. At the window they gave me a sandwich, i said i ordered a croissant. They changed it. Only for me to find out they put bacon in it while i was eating. Like do the service guys hear or listen to the orders there or what is the big deal in providing what the customer asked for. Once or twice is a silly mistake but repeatedly messing up is not good for business. Please Tim Hortons, i request you to look into the service more carefully and consciously and urge the supervisor at the shift to focus on what is being served to what order. Read moreBorderline rude staff at times. Impossible to order correct coffees or especially iced coffees they always mess it up. The lines inside are all over the place and do not follow their “setup” for how the lines inside should be. Super slow service inside. Drive through is typically fast although there are some days the drive through can take 15 minutes. The other Tim’s by Walmart is even worse they deserve one star. There’s a better faster Tim’s just outside of Stouffville most people forget about or simply do not know it is there. The inside speed is typically as fast as their drive through which is ten times faster than this Tim’s and the drive through line up is just as long. If you try to order an egg in between two hash browns like a sandwich they look at you like your crazy and what did you just ask for. It’s a delicious combo but both Tim’s in Stouffville it’s a joke. This one is way better than the one in the Walmart plaza because it’s slightly less painful.. do not try to order it at the Tim’s in the Walmart plaza they will literally stare at you and have to get the manager lol.
