Like to leave positive reviews but sadly can’t. Ask if he had white hot Chocolate, quick to respond not friendly White hot chocolate .. what size... in question I confirmed again so you do have a white Belgian hot chocolate.? Yes What size was. Medium please. What size pointing at his cup display. 16 please. And it’s to go please Typed in the order and then just walked away. The girl making the items. Had several coffee cups ready. there was only two people in the store.so I politely confirmed the white hot chocolate will be in a To go cup? Looked at me white mocha , politely no I said I ordered white hot chocolate white mocha she replied. No It’s white hot chocolate. Then the fellow came back and said White mocha. I asked for white hot chocolate. We don’t have. Then what did you charge me for ? White mooca Ok fine then I just take that. My wife said honey he said. he had white hot chocolate. That’s ok I said I can just drink that. When the girl handed me the mocha I said thank you. But received a silent glare. So thought I would post it. Mistakes or launguage barrers happen. Always would stop here for something every week in the summer. I would also bring my friends when they were with me, well the last time we grabbed some food but happened to have our own drinks with us, when we were finished we went to leave the pop cans where I would usually leave them when I purchased one from them, thinking they would like the money on the refund. Well they started yelling at us in front of other customers. The other customers were so offended by what they say they also left the shop without purchasing anything. None of us have been back to this location. I don't mind taking my cans back myself for a refund but just thought it would be nice to give them the money for them since they are going, it was the way they yelled at us from across the store that showed us how rude they really were. The father has always been very unpleasant when ordering food as it was..... WILL NOT BE RETURNING EVER AGAIN
