Negative 👎 five stars ⭐️ or lower. Hate having to stop here my order is always messed up and they say me no no no mam me no no ???? I asked for a large cappuccino which means put an extra espresso shot and add more steamed milk and put it in a large cup!!!!! HOW F%^}*N HARD IS THAT???? But no no no mam mam???? Hire some people that care are white and speak and understand ENGLISH!!!! Lots of teens looking for part time work and Canadians!!!! Not riff raft milking our system while our vets are on the streets!!! I’m sick of their BS excuses and I will not go to this Tim’s ever again until they get better higher quality staff that speaks English!!! I will starve before I will pay for food that’s not fit to eat. So just avoid I’ve been 5 plus years stopping here in the beginning it was good all white people that spoke and understood English (Image that what a concept idiots????) My order is always poor quality and wrong and dirty washrooms with poop on toilet paper in the floor NASTY 🤢!!!! Just don’t go here save yourself...

Ordered an everything bagel toasted with herb and garlic cream cheese (which I paid a couple dollars extra for on my bagel) just to open it up and see that there’s almost none and what is there is centred in the middle hole. My coffee also was not mixed at all, which wouldn’t be a huge deal if this wasn’t a regular occurrence. When I pulled up to the window staff rushed me through the transaction and weren’t even looking when they handed me my items, almost dropping it in the process.

I understand that this is “fast food” and that the drive through has to be quick and efficient, but the quality has gone significantly downhill over the last five years, in terms of the products and customer service. Slow down. Respect your customers. And focus on making a good product rather than rushing people through as fast as you can.

Can’t recommend the other location down the hill either. Just make your stuff at home or pay the extra bit for Starbucks, the quality there is...

I was already trying to avoid supporting Tim Hortons as it was but decided I wanted a white hot chocolate this morning so I stopped in and got an extra large and a bagle. Got gas and then got onto the highway out of town and noticed the hot chocolate was spilling out the lid, which I hadn't opened yet. I tried to push the lid down but it felt like it was being pushed back up and wouldn't seal. I pulled over to find my roll up the rim was very clearly rolled up already and has teeth marks in it. I was already down the highway by then and didn't have time to turn around or be late for work. Absolutely will not be supporting Tim Hortons anymore, as this sealed the deal. I though this was internet nonsense but their employees are rolling up rims before selling you the coffee etc. Hot chocolate got dumped out because that's disgusting and I didn't even enjoy my half toasted bagel...

Worst Tim Hortons ever. I bought large chilli (which) comes with plan bun and butter and ham and cheddar sandwiches. I left, awhile later when i opened the bag there was only chili and ham and cheddar sandwiche. No plain bun. I didn't know you have to check every time when you buy something at this location if they gave you all the food you paid for. Maybe they don't pay enough employees and they have to steal customers food because they cannot buy their own.

Stopped in here to grab a coffee and decided to try the bacon everything pizza. Got my coffee with some kind of hair all over the lid and definitely not pleased with the pizza… not sure if they all make it like this, but definitely nothing like the advertised version. I have had the flatbread pizza a few times in the Calgary area and it’s been pretty good. today’s Pizza lacked in toppings and was exceptionally dry….
