The tables were dirty when we arrived so we took the less dirty we could find.. and it wasn't a busy night. I asked for water and a cocktail while we waited for the others of our party to arrive. Didn't get the water. Some of our table ordered salad, myself included. There was very little dressing on their Caesar salad. My salad looked oddly like the remnants of a Caesar salad- when it is supposed to have a different dressing. I had ordered that salad before and it was definitely wrong. We were seldom checked up on, and had to wait a long time to pay after our checks were brought. I had also ordered something to go for my spouse and it was cold- like the server forgot about it.
The time before we went, the server messed up on our bills. Again, our checks were brought and it took a long time for the server to return with the interac machine- so much so that one of the people in our party joked that they would try to figure out how to pay themselves. I know these machines shouldn't be abandoned for PCI and security.
The time before that, again left the interac machine with us, and didn't stick around.
If the server wants guests to pay at the bar, say that when you drop off the check. 3x...

The workers hung around the host station and chit chatted instead of doing anything,maybe could of cleaned up the floor or other dirty tables they had. I did complain to the GM (Jason Ouimet) but got no where as he didn't read my emails all the way through and kept saying I was to vag in my email and started talking about the heat and AC unit then in end of email said he fixed it all in the morning. No sure how cause I emailed at night and he respond to fixing things before reading whole email in the morning. When a customer complains usually it means there are things you need to fix or look at. The 3 empty tables had not been cleared off, we picked the one with a few pieces of cutlery left as the others still had food on them. Our waitress was pleasant but did not clean the table after grabing the cutlery. We had to ask for our own cutlery when our food arrived, asked for ketchup which we never got. The food was bland and did not taste very fresh. I got the big Dipper. One half or my sandwich was a little more seasoned then the other, I asked if it came with a horse radish sauce or something as the sandwich was rather dry. I remembered reading about the sauce in the menu and there was no sauce in the sandwich or on the plate. The waitress told me it did not come with a sauce.
