I would give this place a 10 if I could! We happened upon this place late one evening after leaving the gym and wanting something healthier to eat. We went in and ordered not realizing that they were closed in less than five minutes. Simran ( I think that was her name) was fantastic! She was patient and informative, explaining all the options and asking about our tastes and making recommendations. We ordered a couple of burrito bowls and went to sit in the car to eat as we didn’t want to keep her. A couple minutes after closing a family came to the door also not realizing they closed. She graciously let them in an made them food. We have been there a few times since and always try something different. It's usually Simran when we go so she always recommends different things and different sauces and toppings to try. It is always delicious, so fresh and wholesome tasting. And Simran’s customer service is so fantastic she even recognized me over the phone when I called to pre-order from the gym before she closed one night. This is our ne favorite go-to for quick, healthy, filling, and oh-so-delicious...

Wish could give minuses start . I visited the store around 7 PM to order two veggie bowls and a quesadilla. The place wasn’t busy, and I clearly mentioned all orders were vegetarian. The staff added only black beans at first — I had to ask for brown beans — and very few veggies. When I asked that you are allowed to put only such amount of veggies, she said it was “closing time,” even though it was only 7 PM on a Friday night.

For the quesadilla, I asked if it included lettuce and said I didn’t want any. She didn’t ask about beans and ended up adding only a small amount of veggies.At checkout, she confirmed for the veggie bowls. But, when I mentioned it that there were no beans in it , she said I hadn’t asked — but I had ordered a veggie quesadilla, not plain cheese. I still paid full price but didn’t get what I expected. Till date I never ordered for bean and veggie quesadilla at any location.

I’ve enjoyed BarBurrito for over 8 years, but this visit was disappointing. I hope management improves staff training and...

This review is based on a experience I had about a month ago. Me and my friends were looking for a place to eat after the movies and it was quite late but Bar Burrito was one of the places that still showed that it was open and had about 15 minutes until closing time. We were about a minute away from this location so we decided to go and when we reached they were still serving customers. When we walked to the front, the doors were locked and they refused to open them. We were so confused but we left and went to Mucho Burrito who had about 5 minutes left till closing time and they were happy to serve us. He told us that if we had came even a minute after closing time he still would have served us. So now to compare, there were 3 people working here with about 14 minutes left till closing time and refused to serve us vs 1 person working at Mucho Burrito with 6 minutes left till closing and he was happy to serve us. I am really disappointed in this location's service and will be switching over...
