I wish I can give zero stars. Tim Horton's might be able to put a bunch of Canadian flags on its drinks and marketing, but how they treat their customers are nothing Canadian like, and the employees at this exact location is rude and unprofessional. I went to the Keswick location Tim Horton's via drive thru a month ago, ordered a cold brew coffee with some donuts, and when I got to the drive thru window, the employee handed me a large hot coffee. I explain to the girl that I ordered a cold brew, she told me to hold on, and another Filipino employee came back, handed me a cold brew and told me "make sure you order a cold brew next time because it cost more".
I have never felt so disrespected before. I asked what she said and the response I got was "you heard me" and they shut the drive thru window on me. I complained to Tim Horton's corporate the same day and the representative responded and told me the owner and the employee will reach out to me for an apology. A month later and after following up twice, I still have yet to hear back. I found out later that this is a common problem with this Location, and one of my friend was also treated extremely unfairly by their employees when her order was messed up. I have reached out to BBB and Tim Horton's corporate, and I have stated that I want zero compensation, and I just want an apology.
Avoid this Tim Horton's, or all Tim Horton's for a matter of fact. Start supporting local small companies. Tim Horton's is no longer a true Canadian brand, and the management team at this Tim Horton's need to be properly trained, and disciplined, which I doubt will...
Read moreI had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru today. I ordered two Farmers Wraps and three breakfast combos (English muffin, hash brown, and coffee). However, the staff member taking my order insisted that the system was associating the combo with the Farmers Wrap instead of the English muffin and said she couldn’t proceed. Instead of just entering the correct individual items (why should it even matter what’s in the combo?), she seemed confused and passed it on to another team member—who also couldn’t help due to a lack of context.
Eventually, I had to drive up to the window to clarify everything. Even then, they only gave me two coffees instead of three. I had to point this out myself and place a separate order just to get the missing coffee.
The real issue started with the first staff member taking the order — the situation clearly showed poor training and communication. The other staff tried to step in and stayed calm, which I appreciated, but still, no one apologized throughout the entire interaction—not even a basic “sorry for the mix-up.” That’s just...

I’m very disappointed with the Tim Hortons locations in the Windermere area, specifically at Currents and Hiller Road. Almost every time I visit after 5 PM—especially through the drive-thru—they’re out of stock on multiple items. No matter what I ask for, the response is usually, “We don’t have that” or “We don’t carry it at this location.”
It’s incredibly frustrating that Tim-bits, Donuts one of the most basic and popular items, are consistently unavailable in the evenings. On top of that, they almost never have cheese croissants or even regular croissants. Either they sell out way too fast or they simply don’t stock enough to meet demand.
For a brand as established as Tim Hortons, this kind of poor inventory management is unacceptable. Management really needs to step in and ensure these locations are better stocked throughout the day, especially during peak evening hours.
As a loyal customer who lives in the area, I hope these issues are...
