Chicken Chef — Restaurant in Winkler

We were at the Winkler location June 26 at about 1:30 pm. The waitress that took our order and brought our drinks was wonderful and pleasant, but her shift was over right after taking our order, so her replacement took over. She brought us our food (which was lukewarm) and forgot about us. We had to grab ketchup from a different table. When I went to ask for refills on the drinks she was leaning over the counter playing on her phone. When I went to ask for a take out box she was leaning over the counter playing on her phone. I am from out of town and was staying in a near by hotel with 4 children. I ordered the 14 piece meal. I got shorted 3 pieces of chicken. No lil packets if butter for the buns. And the chicken wasn't even that good. Kind of on the dry side. When i had called, they offered me a in store credit(useless to me cause i live out of town) i told them i needed the food cause i had mouths to feed but i had no way of getting there and they do not offer delivery. Between order time and arrival time was incredible not a very long wait, food was quite delicious with promp service all in all a very enjoyable meal, even had the waiter come over and asked a couple of times whether I need anything else as well as asking if everything was ok. Which you dont get very often. Staff are quite friendly . I will return to eat here again an will recommend the restaurant to my friends & family .
