This A&W is the worst, they charge customers extra fees without telling them.
I was doing a drive thru, had a coupon $15.99 for 2 mozza burger combos, and a $5.49 coupon for sausage & egger combo
Correct me if I'm wring but that should total $21.48
But the charges came out to $23.68 before taxes.
So I went back inside and asked, and the cashier inside at first game me the run around of thats after taxes and stuff, and was adamant that she was right, it took quite a long time to explain to her what I was getting to that, before taxes $15.99 + $5.49 should just be $21.48 and why was I all of a sudden charged $23.68, she gave me another run around and finally told me that, they increased the prices of the fries and softdrinks.
So basically they accepted the coupon told me its all good, without telling me that I will be charged extra for the drink and fries.
They will be hearing from the Better Business Bureau, cause I totally believe that, that wasn't right. With covid and all the prices going up, man what you see your suppose to pay for, isn't even what you really pay for with them.
