Asia City Express (Jefferson ave) — Restaurant in Winnipeg

Went here with my family to get some korean hotdogs. It had a lot of choices and the food came out pretty quick. Seems pretty popular because we were waiting in line as soon as it opened at 12pm. Place is clean, organized and instructions on how to order were pretty clear.

Only down side is the use of their speakers to communicate from and through. It's really distorted and had to repeat myself several times. Though I'm sure it's because of the necessary restrictions that it had to be done just one of those things I wish could have been thought through better. Regardless service was great and the food was awesome....

I ordered food through online app and then I picked up the food to the curbside window. The asian lady didn't say hi at all or thank me or even say goodbye. Because after she gave me the food she just closed the window right away. I wanted to ask her something but I she just closed the window right away. I just bought 2 salad rolls that were on display on the counter. They were a disappointment for sure. All rice noodles and little else. The attractive shrimp that showed through the thin wrap were also not so fresh tasting and dry. Oh well. My lesson is don't order premade shrimp salad rolls.
