Booster Juice — Restaurant in Winnipeg

Have been to this location many times, never really had an issue. Usually they are busy, so I wait there patiently. Today I got there at 5:40 pm and went to counter to order. I told the girl taking my order that "can you please expedite this as I start my work at 6:00". She said we will do it. Kept waiting there till 5:52. When people who came after me got served, I went upto them and asked for my order. They all seemed confused, guess what they forgot to make my order. Have previously worked in a fast food store, I understand that sometimes you forget things. Nobody in the store took responsibility of this and apologized to me. Today I bought my usual fave smoothie and after 3 sips I spit out a large piece of plastic. It crunched between my teeth and decided not to risk my life and not drink anymore. I called immediately to speak to the manager to inform her of this safety issue and let her know I would be coming back to get my money refunded. She agreed, but with NO apology and NO responsibility taken. ... ...And when I showed, she wouldn't come out to see me!! Unreal. The girls working the counter when I arrived were VERY nice and one even apologized for my experience, the first apology I got, which I thanked her for. Unfortunately I will not be going back to any Booster Juice ever...

Ordering from skip the dishes from this location is a nightmare. Have had a whole smoothie not delivered, have had missing items from my delivery pertaining to food and now the just completely didn’t deliver my food because the staff doesn’t double check or make sure they pack everything before they have it set aside for delivery. Then when you call they try and say there’s nothing they can do and they want you to order again so they want you to double pay for an item you didn’t receive. If you want to ensure you get everything you want when ordering either go in person or use a different location. I’ve ordered from them 5 times and 3 have been terrible so you...
