Little Caesars (Ellice) — Restaurant in Winnipeg

Used to come here all the time but ive been avoiding it more and more lately... I always have problems at this location... like today for instance, im working right now, came in to grab a Hot & Ready pizza, if they're not ready thats totally fine ill just come back later when im off work. But the guy says absolutely nothing, charges me 9$ than tells me okay it'll be 10 minutes... like bro I would have gone to subway next door, I literally do not have 10 minutes, which is why I stopped into little caesars to begin with. They're supposed to tell you that before you pay, so I can say, "you know actually I dont have enough time" but they seem to have a huge issue with that concept at this location, because ive never had that happen once at any other location, & I usually have lunch at little caesars twice a week for years now. Id avoid the elice location, some of the staff are awesome, but the rest ruin it, and the pizza is usually low tier compared to other locations, sauce can be very plain like basic prego sauce.. sometimes the pepperoni tastes microwaved, and they also have a hard time cutting pizza here... im going to be late for work now so here's the...

As a courier for the last 3 years, ive been coming to this little caesars almost every day because it used to be the best, id literally drive half way across the city JUST to come to this location. Unfortunately, all the little caesars are bad now, in my personal opinion, but this place for about 2-3 years, was actually really good quality pizza... as of lately though, theyve been hiring a lot of new people, and the quality is definately starting to fall off. You can tell, just the other day i got a pizza that wasnt even cut, and the day before i got an over sauced pizza with barely any cheese... they used to put effort into the pizza here, now its just awfull... idk whats going on here but i cant say the other little caesars are doing any better... its just sad to see this place fall on-par with them and im highly considering not eating at little caesars anymore, with the subway just next door, also being one of the best subways in the city, and maintaining it, I cant see a reason to keep coming to little caesars, ive probably spent 7200$ in the last 3 years at little caesars too, so idk guys. Get it together maybe...

I came in the store at 10.15pm on April6 asking for a crazy crust pizza, I dont live in this part of town but since we were in the area we decided to order from there as we might not be able to make it to the one close to home before 11pm when it closes.

The staff told me they only had hot and ready pepperoni for sale and when I asked if he can make it for me as I have time to wait he said they already turned off the oven. I was so confused. My husband was in the car, I walked out to ask him if he just wants the hot and ready one and he got a bit upset because it's still 45mins before closing. I looked back at the store and the guy was smirking and then left the counter to go to the back. We pretty much just left the place.

We then went to the little caesar close to our home which also closes at 11pm, arrived there at 10.35pm, they made our pizza no fuss. Out of curiosity I asked them what time they turn off the oven she said they don't do that until they walk out the door.
