This is probably the speediest Burger King in the city after your order is in, even on Whopper Wednesdays and at night. The inside is pretty big with a good selection of seating options that can handle even the busiest of days. One thing I've noted a few times is that even though there's three registers, only one of them will actually be used to take orders, and sometimes they'll inexplicably tell you to hold on a moment while they sort something out like a SkipTheDishes order or something else. In spite of this though, the line will move quite quickly inside. For the longest time the drive-thru screen to make sure your order's right was out of order but they finally repaired it sometime in the last few months. With that said, also particularly in the last few months, drive-thru lineups can become quite long. You'll want to be mindful of that possibility (and arguably, certainty, on Whopper Wednesdays) if you're on a tight schedule. It's unfortunate that there isn't really any space to do a dual-lane setup like some competitors because those would help considerably.
One thing I've noticed that prevents me from giving a full 5 stars is that application of toppings and condiments on burgers can be pretty variable. Sometimes on a standard Whopper, you'll get heavy mayo even if you didn't necessarily ask for heavy mayo, or if you do ask for extras, you get very little extra, even if you order two Whoppers the exact same way. Read moreI went here recently and ordered 4 Original Chicken Sandwiches. I took 2 bites out of the sandwich, the taste was off and to my surprise, the sandwich I was eating had MOLD. I called the supervisor Farouq or however you romanize "فاروق " about it and he said he stated that the bread used is always checked but he'll give me a refunded meal. When we pulled up at the window I told them about what happened and the workers (that were very nice) asked "Do you have the sandwich with you". I did have the sandwich with me and I gave it to their supervisor. He said "I dOn'T sEe aNy MoLd hErE, mAyBe iT WaS a PiEcE oF lEtTuCe bUt wE'Ll GiVe YoU YoUr MeAlS AnYwAy". I was stunned because lettuce can be physically removed from bread... MOLD IS IN IT. I even showed him a picture and he kept squinting as if it wasn't there. We got our meals anyway and I really thank them, It's a great relief. I would have done the same thing if I was in their position to resolve any customers inconvenience happening...
Read moreOn Nov 29 I ordered a whopper and whopper combo with cheese. I had to clairfy this at the drive thru, and then again in person. I was charged for these items, only to later learn that they did not include the cheese despite paying for it. They didn't give me a receipt (common) It happens no big deal. The next day I call I explain what happened I am advised to come in and they will resolve it. I come, I speak to an individual, she tells me to come to the front. She says she is the same person I spoke to and is only giving me one whopper. This was not said over the intercom. I had to ask 'What?" She repeated herself. I explained to her I ordered two. I would have been okay if she just said sandwiches, even then I paid for an experience which I was denied. I ferfused her offer.
I have been going here for decades and have never been treated like this. I will no longer be giving this location my patronage or hard earned working...
