Chatime — Restaurant in Winnipeg

I had visited Chatime at around 9pm on november 13. I had ordered an Oloong Milk Tea and it tasted like water as it was very very very diluted. To my concern, I let the server know that it wasn't to my liking and it was okay for him to use the same drink as he kept insisting i had to pay for a new one so i said to just fix it because it was not made the way it usually is as a regular customer of Chatime, I know how it should taste and look like.However, he was very very rude, telling me that I would have to pay for another drink and did not even apologize or offer to fix my drink. It is my first getting served a drink that is bland, and has no taste, even just from the visual appearance you could tell that there was something wrong. He made comments such as, "what do you want me to do?" He did not even offer to make it right. This is very very bad customer service. I am absolutely disappointed! Will definitely not be back in...

Inconsistent quality.. Most of the time I would rate this place a 7 or 7.5 out of 10. Average. Adequate. Not bad, but nothing to write home about. Decent. But once in a while you do want to write about it, and not in a good way. My most recent visit I got what feels like a cup of milk with a tiny bit of syrup, pearls, and partially melted ice that was gone by the time I got home. I don't even want to drink it. What a waste of money. From now on if I go there and see a certain employee working, I'm walking right back out.

The other advice I would give is to order something not on the list of top most ordered beverages, because you might get one that was pre-made earlier in the day and has been sitting around, with soggy pearls and melted ice. Watch to make sure it's made fresh and not pulled out...

They messed up my order and staff were not accommodating at all. Staff was not friendly at all. Very poor service. Would not recommend.
