Ordered 2 blizzards via the drive through. Ended up waiting 15 minutes in the drive through with 1 car ahead of us at the pay/pickup window. The car ahead of us got sick of waiting and went and pulled over into a parking space (they weren't instructed to do so and the employee had no idea where they went until we informed her). Our blizzards were made early on in this 15 minute period, and when it was time to pay and get our blizzards they were soup. She tried to give them to us and we rejected it. They remade the blizzards right away and the new employee performed the upside down flip (like they're supposed to). Total order time: 20 minutes The blizzards were very well made/tasty. Context: It was our first time visiting this location. We arrived/ordered 25 minutes before closing time. Their kitchen was having some sort of issue (window staff told us during the initial apology for wait time/conversation about where the car ahead of us went).

Conclusion: they get the 2 star review for this encounter; but, we'll give them another shot in the future and adjust the review accordingly. Remember folks, everyone has an off day...

Although I didn't start ordering DQ untill recently, I've found this place is amazing! Food is always prepared in-house, this includes all the cakes, dilly bars, fried foods, and use fresh ingredients.

Blizzards are good for the price, decently packed with a nice assortment of different candies and combinations, and the MooLattes are amazing.

I can't say much in terms of the Misty Slush(es) though, I haven't tried them yet.

The burgers and fried foods are fantastic, always prepared fresh and amazing flavour, with the only downside possibly being is the wait can take a while, considering the food is made from fresh, there will be a chance that you have to wait for it to finish cooking before it gets served to you, which can take 5-8 minutes depending on what food you get.

Exterior-wise, there's a decently sized parking at the drive-thru area is reasonably taken care of, I recommend to stay cautious at times because sometimes there may be a worker taking out trash/recycling near the...

Went through the drive through. Ordered 5 items - 3 blizzards and 2 peanut parfaits. The girl at the window starts handing me indiviudal items even though she could see there were only 2 of us, so we requested a tray. She put the parfaits and 1 blizzard into the tray and as I was grabbing it informed me that the parfaits do not fit properly, as it was falling into my truck. No lids, no napkins nothing, just laughter from the girl from the window.

After about 30 seconds I asked if we could have napkins, which received a laugh and napkins. Then a "have a good night please drive forward" as we are trying to clean up the mess that could have been avoided. I asked if I could have another as she clearly saw it fall into my truck, which was met with an eye roll and "oh. Sure"

Ice cream was good when we got home and got to enjoy it. Wouldn't recommend the drive thru, and would hope a bit of suggestions to the staff regarding empathy would not fall...
