Cinnaholic — Restaurant in Winnipeg

I guess I'm old school, the guy who says they aren't good. I had plain creamcheese, my go to, my jois de vivre, my favorite. I'm not convinced it was even real cream cheese, but if it is, then it's mixed with some liquifier and some chemical vanilla flavor. Cream cheese shouldn't feel runny thin foamy or have an after taste. For 6 bucks it was disappointing. And 8 bucks for the fancy ones! Sheesh!! Yeah better than timmies, but really not worth the insane prices of this place. Bun was decent but clearly factory made and just baked in store. Won't go back. I had an amazing experience at Cinnaholic in their McPhillips branch in Winnipeg. The staff were friendly and helpful, and their supervisor Bambi was especially hands-on and made sure that we had a great experience.

The cinnamon rolls were simply amazing, and what sets Cinnaholic apart from other bakeries is that you can choose from a variety of frosting flavors and toppings to make your own custom cinnamon roll. The options were all so tempting that I had a hard time choosing just one!

To top it off, they also had delicious chocolate coated strawberries available for Valentine's Day which were a perfect treat for the occasion.

We were greeted in a friendly manner by the lady who was working there during our visit. The wait was quicker than what we expected as it wasn't too busy. We had a lovely brunch at Cinnaholic with my partner and my daughter. He ordered the Old Skool Roll and my daughter was set on having the Rainbow Sorbet Roll. Now, I'm not much of a fan of cinnamon and citrus but this tasted delicious when I got to share it with my daughter.
