Golden curry — Restaurant in Winnipeg

Restaurant is pretty good only for the takeout but not for dine in. They don’t have so much in their menu but if you want a meal YES it’s a good place to grab. We Went for dine in, experience was not to the point. Restaurant is pretty noisy because of sound that they chop vegetables, make food everything at the counter. I went out for a meal with friends visiting from Alberta. The menu was small but good, we placed our food orders. When we tried to order a drink, we were told they didn’t serve any beverages. We then asked for a glass of water, even just tap water, but were told no. This made us feel very unwelcome, and the refusal to provide water was a major red flag. We had ordered butter chicken, roti prata, veggie Manchurian, samosas, chickpea masala ,rice and chicken legs in a sauce( sorry, not sure of the name of the dish).Everyone in my family truly enjoyed all the dishes and we will now know where to go for Indian food.
