So I'm a firm believer that praise & positive reinforcement should be given where credit is due. This is 1 such occasion. Just wanted to give a big shout out THANK YOU for the amazing customer service that I received 2nite (Sept 28 @ 7:30pm) @ the Domino's Pizza on main street just off the corner of Leila. There right in that little strip mall where sunny mountain day care is. If you live in this area you totally know where I'm talking about. So I was coming off work after a very long day. Tried ordering online from Domino's Mc Phillips location. As it was on the way home not far from work. Something definitely was up with there online ordering site. Thing kept kicking me out when I tired to go to "checkout". Then I had to keep reordering. Very frustrating. So tired a differnt location the one off Lelia & main as it wasn't far from where I was, and not to out of the way from home. Same thing kept buffering and wouldn't go thru. So I went into the actual restaurant and explained the issue, and I still wanted this order. But I didn't want to pay full price cuz I wasn't ordering online to get the deal coupons. The very nice young gentleman I think his name was Zach (hard to hear with our masks on lol) was super helpful didn't even make a fuss that I was wanting to pay online price. Not only did he give me the order @ online $ but a discount cuz of the issues with the system. I didn't ask for an extra discount he just did it, made my long day just a little nicer, and was so polite and gave great customer service! Manger and supervisor(s) definitely give your staff a round of 👏👏 this location offered amazing customer service, food was delicious and hot & fresh not to mention @ a great price. Were regulars @ this location and the food & service is always fantastic. Thanks for cooking 2nite 😁 keep up...
Read moreI've ordered Extavaganzza with half onion and half sausage. The pizza was delivered 15 min before the set time and upon opening the box I found out that the WHOLE pizza was covered with both onion and sausage. After 30 min waiting on the phone, finally someone from the store picked up the phone and after explaining the situation, the person on the other side of the phone started arguing with me saying that he personally made sure that only half of the pizza had onion and sausage. At this point, I'm not only starving after 13 hours working day, but also called a layer. After I insisted that the order was wrong, he apologized and offered to deliver another pizza simultaneously calling me a layer again by saying that they'll make "another pizza like the one they've already delivered that was made the way I ordered it". At this point I asked for a refund and the person on the other side asked for pictures as a proof that the whole pizza has onion and sausage. When I went to grab a pen and paper to write down their email, so I can send them the pictures, he said he'll call me on my phone, so I can message him the pictures. Over half an hour later, neither a call nor a text from them, and I don't expect one either. This was not the first time they don't follow my orde, but it will...
Read moreI don't know how the service here is consistently so terrible. I'm giving 2 stars because I do like the pizza but the staff here is brutal. Went in to pick up a pizza at 530 on a Sunday (not during a busy time), stood by the counter for 5 minutes while 5 staff members all crowded around a computer looked at me, and then looked away and kept talking to each other in Punjabi.
At some point a female came to charge me for my order, I asked if I could get an extra dipping sauce which she collected for me and then stared at the til for 2 minutes not saying or doing anything. I asked if it was easier to pay separately, no response. I said never mind I'll just pay for my pizza no response. Not sure if she couldn't hear me because of the 5 other people all talking to each other or she was just confused, but this is easily the most unpleasant experience I've had at this store.
~10 minutes to pick up a pizza that was ordered online and ready to go when I got...
