I ordered fries with my order and I didnât receive any. That in itself wasnât a terrible experience but as to how they handled it was terrible. I brought this to their attention by showing my receipt I told them what happened that I didnât receive an order of it after ordering and just repeated âyour order did not come with friesâ. Yes, I just said that. Do these workers have very little critical thinking and customer service skills that they donât first ASK or apologize?
And that lady gave me an attitude and a dismissive look on her face for bringing up the mistake that the person on the cash register made when taking my order. They gave me a drink as compensation which at that point didnât make much of a difference as I was already offended as to how they handled it.
And when I received the fries from the same girl whom I spoke with earlier, she still kept giving me an attitude and a face like she didnât want to serve me even though theyâre the one who made the mistake. And not to mention the quantity and quality of the fries. It was not at all HOT as to what I was accustomed to at five guys because itâs supposed to be fresh. Not only that, they didnât even fill the fries up in the typical 5 guys fashion unlike the other locations. It was extremely very little fries in comparison to their usual standard.
I only came to this location out of pure convenience and location. However clearly no one should be going here and just take the drive to the farther ones if they wanted a better dining and a better experience overall. Pathetic customer service and this place doesnât uphold the standard of what 5 guys is known for. What happens when you hire Indians with no customer service skills and experience. Probably only call centre.

   Read moreI was really excited to try out Five Guys, as I've heard a lot about their tasty burgers and fries. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfying due to the agonizingly long wait time and some apparent disorganization with order management. On top of that, the cashier was clearly not enjoying her job.
Upon entering the restaurant, it seemed like it was just another busy day, which I would have been fine with if things had been managed properly. I placed my order and took a seat, ready to enjoy my meal. But then the waiting game began...
As time went by, I noticed that people who came in after me were receiving their orders, while mine was nowhere to be seen. This was incredibly frustrating, as I was left wondering whether my order had been forgotten or misplaced. I approached the staff to inquire about the status of my order, only to receive a vague response and no reassurance that it was being addressed.
After an unbearable 25 minutes, I finally received my order. Though the food was decent, it was not worth the long wait and the frustration I experienced. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but proper organization and communication with customers should be a priority.
In conclusion, I won't be returning to this Five Guys location, as there are plenty of other dining options that manage their customer service and wait times much more...

When I gave my name to two different people they looked around and then ignored me for 15 minutes. Then one of the employees approached me and said that they had no record of my order even though I had done it online and paid for it already. They then physically wrote my order down. After another 15 to 20 minutes they proceeded to give me an order that was not my order and was somebody else's. I had to wait another 5 to 10 minutes for them to give me my proper order.
As well the food prep area of the restaurant was absolutely filthy. The floor was covered smushed french fries that they've been walking on for the entire time, hamburger buns and various vegetables that had been smushed into the ground from them walking on it, they were allowing receipts to just pile onto the floor, there was a plastic food container laying on the floor by the register. There was at least seven employees working. at no point in any of them try to clean the floor. This is a pretty serious health...
