I randomly stopped in here for a quick bite and ran into the bartender, Bobby. His very kind and service approach was unexpected, seeing as tho proper customer service is few and far between these days and he interested me in a basket of shrimp. We went on to talking about life/patenting, and this man has answered so many questions I had about being a single parent, which helped me become more confident in my upcoming decisions. A very sincere gentleman with exponential customer service. The shrimp was to die for, along with the whiskey Guinness dipping sauce but to be honest, even if the food was horrible, I would still give 5 stars for the service at this place, alone. I'm in Winnipeg for a few more days and will be coming back before I leave! If you stop here, swing by the bar, have a chat with Bobby, and sneek him a tip. He's worth every penny!

It's a pretty cool bar/restaurant, food was good. Pizza in menu didn't look like pizza served. Not a deal breaker but I was expecting what I saw int the picture, thick crust and such. It did comes with a bunch of dipping sauce options. Attached is another bar with more adult features, a game room. Staff was pleasant, not very interactive with the guests. Kind of a "tell me what you want, I'll get it for you" type of service. Pricing is on par with most restaurants I've been to. The menu is quite large, a lot of selections. Owned by hospitality company called Canada Inna, they own hotels and restaurants around town. Give it a shot if your in town, walking distance from Homewood Suites if your staying there.

Stay in Winnipeg for a few weeks on a work trip. This place was close to my hotel so I spent a few evenings here. If you enjoy sports then this is the right place for you! There isn't a seat in the house where you can't see 10+ TV's at any given time. It was honestly almost too much as it made it tough to focus on a single sporting event. The food was good! The deals on certain days of the week really made for an inexpensive quality meal! I was shocked at how good the boneless wings were. I ended up having those several times. All in all great place to relax after a solid day of work.

I've been going here monthly, for the last year or so, because this is where my monthly meetup goes. I don't know how this place stays open. It's just bad. The food is bad, the service is bad.

I usually order the nachos, but the portion has been getting smaller, so now I'm paying $22 for a little plate of nachos, because a tablespoon of ground beef costs $4. They put the cheese on the bottom, so it was all stuck to the paper and the chips were tough and rubbery. I don't understand how they screw up this basic stuff. I also tried the burger and fries and the burger was overdone with a burnt taste, and the fries are the dry, frozen kind.

They only had one server for the whole room, even though it was a Saturday. The server got my bill wrong. The servers don't pick up the dirty dishes, so I have to carry them to the bar myself.

Hopefully my meetup will find a different venue soon because this place sucks. I've spent hundreds of dollars here and I...

My boyfriend and I ordered 2 small Garbonzo's pizzas to our hotel room through Door Dash last Saturday night and when we opened the boxes to eat, 1 of the pizzas was wrong. I checked my Door Dash order and it was correct, Garbonzo's made the mistake. The correct pizza was very good but the wrong was NOT, it was strange with lettuce and fries on it... I called Garbonzo's to tell them about the mistake and a not very friendly young man said "I'll get someone who can help you" and then put me on hold.

I waited on hold for 5 minutes before hanging up. I worked for 2 years at a restaurant and that is not how to handle this situation! The general manager at the restaurant I worked at would have said to offer a new pizza to the customer if they're able to come and pick it up or if that wasn't possible, then she would have offered a gift card in the amount of the incorrect pizza.

This order cost us $75! We will not order from here again. Terrible...
