Absolutely horrid customer service. I ordered over the phone and asked for no mushrooms. I was rushed off the phone, and the pizza came with an insane amount of canned mushrooms. I called and asked if we could be sent a replacement and he became very defensive and said I never asked for no mushrooms and said he was too busy to get me another one. I was confused as he basically told me it was my fault and nothing he could do. So I called back again after I realized that didn’t make sense and he said I could come pick up another one if I brought the original pizza back!! I explained it wasn’t possible for me to bring it back, as I’m trying to feed my baby and this is not my error. I asked if I could have another one delivered and he said “in a couple hours”. He then offered me $10 off my next meal but because I will never ever order from there again I was so frustrated and hungry that I eventually hung up and said forget about it. Pizza is one of my favorite foods and I've definitely eaten more pizza than most people. I lived near this location for over 15 years. There's probably around 10 different pizza joints all within a kilometre of this location.

My last two pickup orders of multiple pizzas from this location were disappointing. I paid for extra toppings and didn't get it. The bottom of the pizzas were undercooked which made them chewy and raw tasting. There was almost no sauce, poor amount of cheese and toppings.

Their customer service is horrible, and they were difficult to deal with. They offered me a discount on my next order in the amount of a measly $10. If you guessed that my next order would be never, you would be correct.

I avoid this location and even go across the city to Mcphillips St to get a good Gondola pizza.

This reviews has been update three years later: We have ordered from this location for over a decade. Usually my husband’s favourite, double bacon and double shrimp. This year we tried The Boss. It has everything you could want on a pizza (except to my husband’s delight, pineapple). The quality has always been consistent and hot. I highly recommend this location.

Edit 01/02/24: the last six months we have ordered, we have seen a decline in service and especially quality of product. I’m not sure how you burn the “top” circle pieces crust but leave the “inner” circle pieces so soggy, we can’t pick them up with anything, they just sadly give up their lives in the box. The toppings could have been cooked more and cheese melted more. Gondola is know for their amazing crust……lately it’s just been a messy bust. Even our Bacon and shrimp pizza has declined in quantity.
