Came in at 4:50 with a few friends to get some drinks and the person working took long to take our orders when there was no one in the store other then an online order that the person working took almost 10 mins to attend to and we could hear the noise and the driver was there waiting then around 4:55 another worker came in and took our orders and made all the drinks while the other person left and we all felt bad because the person that took over looked like they were annoyed due to from what we think was empty containers above their heads and we faintly over heard them ask if they made new teas and they said no and we could see the visible frustration in the worker that took over and with more people coming in they were essentially swamped and when the other person left they left all the empty drinks to be made by the person that took over just feel rather bad for the person working having to have be left with a mess and also tend to customers coming in but the person that took over did make our drinks very nicely and was prompt with it My friends and i ordered smoothies and my strawberry oreo smoothie was the smoothest smoothie ive ever had...

This franchise has been my go to for bubble tea for the past while. I have always been very happy with any of the drinks that I purchase. Today both my sons’ drinks were really watered down (too much ice, not enough lychee flavour) and my winter melon drink with milk foam was completely off. I’ve had it many times before and my drink today was so sugary it was practically “syrupy” I couldn’t drink it. I didn’t actually try it until I got home and was sorely disappointed.
