Their pork belly lechon is really tasty! The only problem is that the crispyness of the skin is not consistent. Ive been here several times and it was hit and miss. I wouldnt call this authentic cebu lechon. In my opinion "Authentic Cebu Lechon" means not using an industrial roasting machine (search "lechon cebu" in youtube you will see the difference). If you order take out make sure to vent the heat as this will cause the skin to be super chewy and inedible. Their Batchoy is really good compared to others in the city. The lechon belly was alright, however, i didnt like that it had that pork after taste. Kare kare was disappointing, it looked good but it was kind of chewy and again with the pork after taste. The batchoy was so bland, will probably never order again. The crispy pata came out fresh, no pork after taste, it was juicy and crispy - winner in my book 🥳 and finally, the lumpia - it was fresh and crispy.
Wish there were seasonings readily available like chilli, salt, vinegar, hot sauce etc etc...
