Absolutely disgusting. Ordered a McDouble and Vanilla Shake. The McDouble immediately felt weird. The buns were Rock hard. It was like a forgotten burger days old somehow made it into my bag. The shake, deep yellow with darker yellow spots and all froth. It did not taste like vanilla. The few sips I had where like a watery foamy nastiness. I pulled into the next McDonald’s up the road by Moray bridge. Ordered same thing. Now that’s what it is supposed to look like. I have pictures of the two shakes in comparison. You wouldn’t believe they are both supposed to be the same. I called to alert them they may have a problem with their ice cream machine and or burger buns. The “manager” a women of Asian descent tried to dismiss me and say if you have the receipt I can replace them. Read moreThis McDonald's is on the way to my work so I frequent it for my morning coffee. Idk what is up with their drive thru but they can never seem to hear me on the first go. They always ask me to speak up, which is fine. Except there is 1 woman who is always extremely rude when she asks and then once I "speak up", she has on multiple occasions has told me not to yell at her? As I already know they can't hear me I am always yelling my order to begin with so asking me to speak up inevitably will sound louder? Last time I went she said "I asked you to speak up not give attitude" so I simply left. I can't be sure who this employee is but I see there are a couple similar stories in here presumably for the same woman. She has an accent. So when I got my order sort of tossed, more like dropped onto the counter in front of me without so much as a 'here you go!' Instead served my food like I was being served court papers. Then to open the bag at home to find the double hamburger I ordered was in fact a single. I knew this place just doesn't even care for the basics.
Completely cold and poor service and the order isn't even right. It was at 330pm. Not even peak hours. You can't be messing up the basics like this with a lobby that's less than 20% full. There's no excuse this is just negligent. Put a little more care into your job or find a...
