On a saturday in the summer there's no reason you shouldn't be fully stocked and ready to please customers. Appears management forgot how to run a company. Here's some advice. If you use top quality ingredients you get more customers. 2 plus 2 is 4. Corporate greed is what seems to be fuelling this chain? They don't seem to care about quality. Rubber, tasteless chicken? I wont be ordering from this place anymore which is unfortunate. I'm cooking my own bacon to add to these last pizzas I've ordered. What a disappointment. Only in Winnipeg where people love cheap. Read moreAt my work we got a gift card from a thankful customer and decided to use it to buy lunch for everyone. We have the receipt and can see online that the gift card has the correct balance but when we tried to use it to pay for the pizza it was declined. Tried to get it to work but eventually ended up paying out of pocket.
Tried calling their customer service and was told to email.
Sent an email and waited 5 days, no response. Sent another email, no response. Used their online contact form, no response. Called again and told their manager would call me back that day or the next. 3 days later, nothing.
Their customer service is terrible and their gift cards defective. I would suggest going to another pizza place as this company does not care...

I really appreciate having to slam on my brakes to avoid a collision because your employee was in to big of a rush to be in his proper lane and decided to cut across 2 lanes to make a turn. Good to know that the safety of other people on the road comes 2nd to making sure your subpar trash pizza gets delivered. I will never spend another dime on this business again because of this drivers careless and dangerous actions.
