I went to this location this morning as I always do before work. When I was handed my tea I asked if they could confirm that it was the tea I ordered as the day prior they had given me coffee instead ( I am unable to drink coffee due to health reasons).
The attendant at the window initially ignored my inquiry and closed the window, to which I had to ask a second time when she opened the window to provide me with the remainder of my order and change. The individual rolled her eyes, and scoffed then proceeded to talk down to me saying it was what I had ordered, said with a tone indicating she both didn’t care, and probably didn’t know.
I had called the manager afterward as the situation left me both unsettled and disrespected. The manager replied with “ did you pay with cash or credit”. When I indicated that it’s the situation that needs to be dealt with not the method of payment she responded with “ I was in the office I don’t know”.
I have been coming here often before work, and while the service has not been above standard for a while, today was the ultimate deciding factor as to whether I come back.
To be brushed aside by the manager when an employee is not fulfilling their job requirements, shows that a valued customer is not a priority.
This has made me rethink coming to this Tim hortons, and potentially any others if this is the conduct their staff is allowed to...
Read moreI frequently visit this Tim Hortons at 1146 Portage Avenue and I do visit Tim Hortons most of the time. But ever in my entire life I have ever seen such a rude, arrogant and misbehaving person in my entire life. I don’t know which position she works for maybe a receptionist or a manager.
Her name is Jee Jee. She is an arrogant Chinese as far as I guess..
After completing surveys we are supposed to get discounts on French Vanilla. When completing the survey I showed her the code. She doesn’t know how to apply the Tim’s rewards on the machine. She was totally wasting my time & didn’t know how to use the machine. I asked her to call someone professional. She not only called someone also on top of that she misbehaved with me, she argued and started screaming at me..
Is that the way you guys treat your customers? No matter how bad the situation is, she shouldn’t be screaming at someone like that.. I really want you guys to look into the matter!!

Was on my way to work so I wasn't able to go back and get it fixed. Called this location the next evening when I had time - to advise of the issue and they said to call back when a manager was available. Called back, spoke with the manager who was very rude, she kept speaking over me and not letting me speak when I tried to explain the issue. She told me she would have to find out if she could replace my items.
I came back the same day and they said "I can only replace the wrap, not the iced capp, you should have come back right away to get us to fix it; I had explained that I could not come back as I was on my way to work. Meanwhile I had my receipt with me to show her. I told her I'd be speaking with head office. I sent an e-mail to head office, let them know I have a phone recording that I can send them to show the way she spoke to me.
