Today I ordered online 2 x-large calzone combos with the Tuesday special: 2 chicken shawarma with fries. I ordered around 5:40 pm for scheduled pickup at 6:30 pm. I reached there at 6:31 pm to pick up my order. It was ready by that time, but it felt warm, not hot. When I reached home (the location is a 3-minute drive), the calzones were warm, but the shawarma was totally cold. The fries were extra dark (it seems like they warmed them in a pan because some fries' sides were dark brown/black). The shawarma had the same calzone filling, the same mixture they used for the calzones. So, both items were the same! The calzone had very little chicken and too oily. (I've never experienced this before with the Pembina branch).
So, SHAWARMA NOT RECOMMENDED. CALZONE X-Large has less chicken and is a small size. (Hardly enough for 2 persons) The food was cold. Not fresh. Do not order online; they're going to serve cold food. (I got an order confirmation email at 5:40 and a pickup/ready confirmation email at 5:45), which is weird! Do not ever order food from the REGENT branch!

This time around, I ordered a veggie calzone (my usual order) - tasted good as usual but then I ended up getting so violently sick a few hours later. I was sick the whole night with terrible stomach aches. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering from Mr. Calzone again.
Response to Owner: I ordered on Dec 11, 2023 (ORDER #584806569). This would have been around 7:30 PM. I ordered two calzones - the meat one for my colleagues and the vegetarian for myself. As I stated in my initial review, I ate the calzone - started to feel sick and it continued to get a lot worse where I ended up in the bathroom for most of the night.
