I would have given this location a solid 5 star if it was quiet and calming. The PROS- My massage therapist Myron is great! He shows that he cares and friendly. He actually take the time to find where the pain is coming from. I keep going back to the same therapist for deep massage. The receptionists are very friendly too! The CONS - if you want to have a FULL ON quiet and relaxing session THIS IS NOT the place for you. It happened 2x now that the noise, chatting between the other therapist and clients are so RIDICULOUSLY LOUD!!! you hear profanity as well, very unprofessional. So hard to have a relaxing session when you hear them talk about their sour life. Like seriously 🙄. This should be a place where people could get a quiet, relaxation, calming time. Last month there was like a hammering sound, not sure if they are doing renos or what. Hopefully the owner would read this review and address this issue to the staff and ensure to respect other clients that goes into...

I had been a regular client here for years, but after my last massage I’ve cancelled all future appointments. The student was 15 minutes late, applied no pressure despite repeated requests, then positioned me in a way that left me with severe back and neck pain. I’ve since had to pay out of pocket for chiropractor visits. When I first reached out, the manager offered an apology. It was only after I prompted again for a refund and requested discussion on how we can make things right again, that I was offered just the refund or more time with a student — which feels counterproductive given the circumstances. My concerns about the chiropractic costs and the seriousness of the injury were dismissed multiple times. It’s been two weeks and I am still waiting to hear from Carla, the owner of all clinics.

After years of being a loyal client, this lack of accountability and care is extremely disappointing. I can no longer recommend...
