I went there to pick up lunch with my family and was short changed 5 dollars by the cashier. After sitting down for a few minutes, I went up to notify the cashier of her mistake. She basically told me there was no way to tell what happened to the money as I had walked away already. I showed her my receipt as requested and she still proceeded to tell me there wasn't much she could do. I spoke to the manager Norman, who made me explain what had happened over and over. 20 minutes later, my boyfriend approached and asked what was taking so long. I told them I wanted a refund for the meal as my food was obviously already cold. The manager laughed and told me to bring my food back. When I brought it back, he said to keep it and consider it a free meal. Uhm ok. Walked away and sat the food at the table next to me and started talking to my bf who was at the table with our baby. The manager walks by our table and shouts "I thought you said your food was cold!" & walks away to sit at a separate table. Read moreToday I tried to order food at your Polo Park location. The CF Polo Park website indicates that the location accepts the CF Polo Park giftcard for payment. I ordered my lunch told the person behind the till what currency type i was using and it declined. She then argued with me about the website clearly stating that your restaurant accepts that card. I didn't bring any other method of payment, so I left without food. Please either have CF Polo Park remove your restaurant from their list of food places that accept the GC as I was very disappointed. Read moreService was okay, the gentleman at the cash register was pleasant, but the people who were actually making the food had zero enthusiasm towards their work and looked like they just wanted to go home. Moreover, for fast food the service was quite slow. Additionally, one of the workers dropped one of the black olives making the Greek salads and had no intention of replacing it until I spoke up. For reference the first salad made had three black olives and the second would have also had three if he had not dropped one; thus the conclusion can be made that with the Opa platter a customer should expect three black olives in their meal.
