New York Fries Polo Park — Restaurant in Winnipeg

I go to this New York fries very regularly since it’s close to my work. Unfortunately I got bad service from a couple employees who didn’t seem trained well enough to be without a supervisor present(they told me they didn’t have a supervisor) I tried to redeem my free regular poutine from the loyalty program and pay the difference for a large which I’ve done lots of times before. They told me after 5 minutes of trying that they didn’t know how to do it so I said fair enough since I can understand that. But when they were trying to figure it out they still redeemed my free poutine and I paid for my large poutine full price on top of that. So not only did I pay for my meal but they used my free item on nothing and I no longer have it. So I don't very often post reviews but this Chinese filipino or Vietnamese lady at this location absolutely sucks she never puts anything in the order even after I gave order for extra cheese curds she didn't put it in there she is always looking to cut corners and this is not fair to the customer me and my freind got both NY fries and the other Indian girl actually put the extra cheese curds in there and you can actually see the difference it's not only me my coworkers also said the same thing she does it like it comes out of her pay cheque absolutely horrible experience NY fries is a good company but this lady just absolutely piss me off especially with that order and she always does that management should actually look into it just get the A and W it's better cheaper and they don't cry about...
