I recently celebrated my anniversary at Earls, and I can't express enough how wonderful the experience was, thanks to our server, Sahib. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and enthusiasm that set the tone for a perfect evening.
The ambiance of the restaurant was inviting, creating a cozy yet vibrant atmosphere ideal for a special occasion. But what truly made our night unforgettable was the exceptional service provided by Sahib. He was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring that our glasses were never empty and that we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal.
Now, let’s talk about the food! Every dish we ordered was a delight. The flavors were exquisite, and the presentation was impeccable. From the appetizers to the main courses, each bite was a testament to the culinary expertise at Earls. It was clear that the kitchen takes pride in using high-quality ingredients, and it certainly showed in the taste.
Sahib went above and beyond to make our anniversary special. He recommended some fantastic dishes that complemented our tastes perfectly and even surprised us with a sweet treat to celebrate our milestone. His genuine enthusiasm and attention to detail made us feel truly valued as guests.
Overall, our experience at Earls was nothing short of amazing. The combination of delicious food, a warm atmosphere, and outstanding service from Sahib made our anniversary celebration one for the books. We left with full hearts and full stomachs, already planning our next visit. Thank you, Sahib, for making our special day even more memorable! Read moreGood value, great ambience, nice customer service but was a big contrast from 4 to 2 stars. dine-in Jun 10 midnight. Lobster, Bangkok Bowl, Cheesecake My waitress was nice and front-of-house person was also good. I was pleased with the value of service and prices. Great interior decor (i am an Architect so i commend the design work). Maybe lower music volume.
Edit- takeout Jun 18 evening. Ribeye, Yam Fries, Magarita The front service person stopped paying attention to me immediately the next person came in. I was barely done with my order and she just dismissed me, literally looked over me in front of her and started talking to the person behind me. I found it disrespectful, like she had a prejudice about me. The bar person was okay, but didn't pay much attention after serving my drink. I only had two sips. I wanted to pay and leave cause all I could hear was background conversations of waitresses about some tiktok side eye thing- i don't know what that means now, will look it up.
For 12.75CAD, Yam fries were not crispy and had 'black' rims. They should be almost brown if fried or baked well- not sure how they turned black considering that they were also cold. I suspect they were microwaved. It's sad to think that A&W has better and cheaper fries than Boston Pizza and...
Read moreI came here with three other women after a play at the theater. I had tentatively reserved the solarium, asking in my online booking, if it was open to outside and concerned about wasps.
When I arrived, I looked at the solarium and thought it looked fine. It seemed to take them an awfully long time to get a table for four of us, as they let about 15 other people pass into the main dining room. And there was hardly anybody in the solarium and it looked like all the tables were set. Not really sure why it was taking so long?
But that was fine, and as soon as we sat down, we were given water and menus. And then nobody ever came back again. We actually had to flag the waitress down to order our meals.
Nobody came by to ask us if we wanted something to drink first. The cost of going out for supper is not cheap, and service is a big component of a night out.
The food was fine, but nothing spectacular. I left the restaurant feeling pretty miffed. And I have to wonder, if we were four men sitting at a table, if we would’ve had better service??
There was a gale force wind coming through the solarium, as well as we were blinded by sunlight. All in all, it was not an experience that I will want to...
