I called Pizza Hotline, Mcphillips location to order an Extra Large Meat Lover Pizza, Hawaiian Pizza, a Small Cheese Pizza, and 20 Chicken Wings. Three pizzas and a container of wings. They asked for my name because I told them it was for pickup and so I gave them my name and they told me I could pick it up in 15 minutes.
15 minutes passes by and my sister leaves to go pick it up with the card on her to pay for the order and the delivery guy shows up at my house with the items I ordered despite it being for pick up. I explained to him that there was a miscommunication, I ordered for pick up, not delivery and that my sister had already left with the card to pay. I then ask the delivery person if he could wait 3 minutes because my sister had just left with the card and he proceeds to give me attitude, rolling his eyes and going back to his car.
By the time my sister comes home with the card, the delivery person left. We call them back and told them what had happened. The supervisor decides to give us 50% off our order which was great, until the food came an hour and a half later, and they only delivered the Extra Large Meat Lover Pizza, and specifically, 19 RAW chicken wings. It baffles my mind how petty they were over a miscommunication, on top of the delivery person giving us attitude. They intentionally DID NOT deliver the rest of our order (an Extra Large Hawaiian Pizza and a Small Cheese Pizza) and intentionally placed 19 UNCOOKED wings instead of the 20 we ordered. I do not understand why they could not have just given us the original order and instead made us wait for 1 out of 3 pizza's we ordered and 19 uncooked chicken wings.
Thanks for being a toxic establishment and risking giving your customers food poisoning with the raw chicken wings. 0/10 would NOT recommend...
Read moreHad trouble with them making substitutions to my orders.The second to last order I made (Nov 2020) the driver arrived and i noticed they had done it again. I told him that wasn't what I order and they said they were put of that item so I said I don't want the order and walked away. The driver said to wait as he had one in the car. But he had said they were out. I told him no because of this scam he tried to pull. I then made another order on Dec 24. I got it and the driver looked hurried. I paid him and gave a tip. I took them in and opened the box. It was burnt and had a burnt stench to it. I couldn't even smell the pizza. I called them back and they said they had to talk to the owner. They then called back and said they would replace the pizzas. No thanks considering what they did to these ones. I told them i want a full refund since these were unfit for a dog. after bit of telephone tag I was told they would only refund the cost of the pizzas. No taxes, delivery, or tip. Not acceptable! They were obviously being vindictive due to me not putting up with their scams, They were good once but something changed, for the worse. I am hopefully attaching pictures of the pizzas and note the cell phone made them look lighter than they do irl. They may look good but the burnt stench would change your mind. Don't order from them or risk this happening.
Edit:I love all these recent review ares giving them sparkling scores offsetting the negative ones. What a coincident. Maybe Google should investigate these people to see where they are...
Read moreOrdered online. The usual 4 -XL deal. I realized I made a mistake and ordered one of the Pizzas twice. Time was 3:37pm when I placed the online order and when I realized my mistake, it was 3:39pm so I called. The representative told me he cannot change the order but he can call the restaurant to cancel it and I can just reorder again. He ask to put me on hold as he was calling the restaurant. But before he put me on hold, I told him the reason in case they asked. A couple mins passes by and he said, it’s too late and that the restaurant has the pizza prepared and in the over. I asked that he calls them and ask them to change one of them into the option that I meant to place but did not. The rep puts me on hold and calls the restaurant back without any luck. He said it’s too late and they cannot change it. Also, he ask if I wanted to cancel the order . I said yes, thinking no issues BUT this person said, I cannot and I have to wait 24 hours to place my order online and Even to phone in the order?! So BS.
I was then upset stated that the email said if I wanted to change the order to call the number . From the time I ordered and ended the call was give or take 5mins! The lengthy part was me being put on hold.
