For you it could be the 30th call of the day, but for the customer it's the 1st call.
This afternoon I called the restaurant to place an order for pick up. A gentleman answered the call and there was a lot of disturbance in the background, as if he was sitting right in front of a big fan.
I advice the gentleman that I wanted to place an order for Set H and I wanted to know about what all would be included in that order. The gentleman could not hear me and I couldn't hear him. I checked with him if he was on a speaker phone, I was flabbergasted by his response.
He straight away interrupted me and ignored my question and asked what do I want to order and to that my response was "woow".
One would think that the level of service couldn't get any worst, well I would be wrong to think that way because that gentleman shoot me with another question,

I couldn't take anymore of this insult.

First of all the device he was using to provide the service was bad. When he was spoken to about it, I was shut off. to top that off, I was questioned on my capabilities to comprehend his question.

Read moreGood location in north. Parking is not that great if you are planning to throw a huge party, it is ok for small events etc. But for more info check with the restaurant if they can arrange something for the same I am writing what I noticed in regular hours may be they have special arrangements for big parties and all. About their food, we tried their Samosa, kachori and sweets(different kinds). All of these items were good. Keep in mind this is their only location in town that's what I come to know. I thought they are operating somewhere else with different name.Good and original taste for the stuff like what you get in good east indian restaurants. Could be a good option for vegetarian and vegan people. There are lot of options to pick.I found the store to be neat and clean. Good customer service found. Last time when I went girl was polite. My family members went their and found same response so far.I might change their rating to 5 star if consistency in service or greater service is...
