Went to their soft opening. I love their original location. This place is much bigger than the original location. However, the place still gets very busy. After ordering your drink a lot of people stand/form lines to get their drinks. To solve this more tables and seats in the seating areas would make this much better. Also, when picking up the drink you have to listen for your number, this can be hard when the place is packed and very loud. A TV screen with the order numbers would be perfect for this place. I tired the passion fruit tea, I could not taste the passion fruit at all. I found the tea was too strong and overpowered the flavor. This could be due to it being a soft opening and they haven't adjusted to making so many drinks at once. Will give this location...

Placed an order 15 mins ahead, so by the time I’ve arrived my drink order should have been made when I got there.

Nope, drink was not made and a person who ordered after in store when I’ve arrived. Got their drinks made first.

Waited another 15 mins, before I really needed to leave for work and asked if I can pick up my order at a different time later that day. Not really happy that I had to pick up a single hot drink hours after.

I had to tell another clerk working there showing my order and order number again that I never got my drink during the time that it was expected. Thankful that they made my drink after fews hours of delay.

I usually get the regular milk tea and or watermelon slush, both really good but the watermelon (is?) tastes like real watermelon and is delicious. Fairly consistent with good bobas. Usually the milk tea has a unique flavor and not powdery (though they use powdered creamer afaik, you can't tell). The bobas here are made sweeter than other places, so you can get away with lower sugar levels, but I'd recommend a step up from 0% unless you don't like sweet things.
