Taco Bell — Restaurant in Winnipeg

First of all they charged me 32 dollars for a meal all I wanted was a crunch wrap meal and 1 beef taco. They charged me for 2 beef tacos I received one. They told me there was no fries but would give me nachos supreme free instead (they charged me 2 bucks) so I get home look at the charges figure out they’ve basically increased my meals price by roughly 50% considering I got half the food from what I paid for. I call them telling them I want a refund they say they can’t refund without the food and to bring the receipt In I drive 15 minutes back there for them to say they’ll give me the fries (which they said they were out of which they were not) and one taco. Not even an apology or anything instead the manager wants to fight with me…. Would not give me the owners contact info or the general managers info. After about 5 minutes I get my FULL REFUND not even a sorry or anything I won’t be back and I will be contacting head office. Never going...

this is to let you know about my recent visit to KFC/Tacobell located at 3651 Portage Ave, winning, MB R3K2E7. I order 6 items in Taco Bell menu 2 fries supreme, 2 chicken quesadillas and 2 cheese roll ups and when I asked for about 15 hot sauce pouches then the manager told that I can only get 4 hot sauce pouch and if I want more than that I need to pay for extra pouches at rate of 1 $ per 4 pouches. I asked is this tacobell policy she said no but we are charging if person want any thing more than 4 pouch. I asked even if I order 1 item I can still get 4 she said no matter number of items on bill I can only get 4 if I want more need to pay extra and they made me pay extra 5 $ and charged me for SD chili.

This is customer exploitation and it’s only happening at this location other tacobell I go to in Winnipeg never chagrs for hot sauce pouch.

Please take strict action on this if this not Tacobell policy why...

I keep going to this location every time only because of its location and after every visit I have buyers remorse. Always a long wait to place your order and probably double or triple the time from order to get your food. I always witness people waiting in line to order but leave out of frustration it's taking too long. I also did the survey on back of receipt one time to get a free item; the manager was arguing with me he didn't want to give it. The tables in the dine in portion are always a dirty with left over food. The hand sanitation has been out for months and last time I was there it was ripped off the wall. It's just so very unorganized and you can clearly tell from management to front line worker they don't care. Adding one extra worker there would be a huge game changer and probably not have people walk out. Tarnishing the experiment and brand. But, who am I, I keep coming back for some...
