Two days ago, I bought a Venti-sized hot drink at this store. After receiving it, I felt it wasn't actually a Venti size. At first, I thought maybe Starbucks had changed its cups. So today, I ordered another Venti-sized hot drink at a different store, brought it home, and compared the two, only to confirm that the previous store had indeed given me the wrong size.
First of all, the staff make so many drinks every day, surely they should notice the difference in cup sizes. Moreover, when following the Venti recipe proportions, wouldnāt they realize there was extra liquid when pouring it into the cup?
