I have been living in canada for 7 years. I have never heard this thing that once we accept the food its the customer’s responsibility how the food is tasting. Instead of accepting the mistake i was told they can replace the order but i have to pay for the new one they are making. Let me tell you the meaning of the word replace: according to dictionary the word replace means “ to substitute one thing for another”

And after all this the manager has the audacity to tell us not to come here again. You don’t have to say we are never gonna come here again Worst experience i have ever had in a restaurant in Canada.

Since i cant reply to my own review I am editing this one. So i did pay for the food i ate. I will not pay for something i don’t eat. I was never rude to anyone you can ask the kitchen staff . So instead of apologizing for the mistake...

Very disappointed with the taste The egg varieties does not taste as good and it feels like they are probably using tomato sauce to make their food because I can only taste tomato. It does not taste authentic at all.

Bread is also different and not as same as the one we get in India. I am talking about the shape usually it's round buns.

Egg varieties taste more like raw eggs which is unusual. I have lived in the States and they also have similar egg restaurants eggomania, eggoholic, egg hunger which taste way better than this chain.

Positives - Girl working there is very nice and helpful to place the order. Kudos to her efforts for giving us suggestions! Also, Food is reasonably priced :)

I recently visited this place for the first time with my husband, and we truly had a wonderful experience! ✨ The customer service stood out right away … the staff was very welcoming, and the girl at the cash counter was especially sweet and kind. The atmosphere was lively with great music playing in the background, which added to the overall vibe. Now, coming to the food…absolutely delicious! I personally loved the dahi bhalle…they were so fresh and flavorful. This spot is definitely a must-visit for anyone who enjoys Indian snacks and street food.
