Starbucks — Restaurant in Winnipeg

This is the second time I've shopped at this location, and only my 7th Starbucks trip in my entire life. Today, I asked an employee to recommend me a drink because I'm ignorant and unaware of the menu. I'm too socially anxious to ask too many questions, but she read my deepest desires and produced a beverage so fine and caffeine-filled that I was in actual awe. I walked home telling every single person I passed what an amazing beverage this was, and can only hope that they go to this location to experience such customer service for themselves. 5 stars, but 6...

Worse customer service at this location whenever I visited. A white teenage boy asked if I paid for the thing that was in my hand which was a pumpkin led light from Michaels. Waoo I asked “what do you mean”, he said “did you paid for this thing” in a suspicious way. Then I have to explain that matter that it is from Michaels and I have to show him the receipt and I asked “you guys sell these?” Seriously bad experience, Starbucks you should focus on customer service too though I love your coffee but I don’t want to experience...

Today i went to this starbucks around 8:45 pm and I ordered macha and iced tea laate and the guy made the wrong order he made iced coffee and i thought it was ice’s sound coming again and again when i was having the coffee at home but after drinking whole i found this screw nut in my drink .its was so carelessly behavior and it could cause issue to health .i recommend avoid this...
