Subway — Restaurant in Winnipeg

Hands down the best Subway in Winnipeg, polite, courteous, clean.....they make your sandwich like they even care what they are doing as well! The only thing I'd recommend.....during lunch time if you can.....avoid.....there are a bajillion kids there from the school across the street which made me super uncomfortable (not the restaurant's fault). But it totally showed me why Covid is so rampant with kids in school. No one covers their cough, just all gross and touching every surface they can with their grubby little fingers not keeping any distance from the people around them just all up in their personal space. They have completely ruined my lunch time, and they did not accept for me to have a talk to the manager. I called the stores phone number they told me to call, but not one answered. A disappointing and time wasting service I have received. I am completely shocked because that is the only place I use to come for my lunch. I have learned a lesson today. Taking off my loyalty on Subway. 0% on customer service. Last time I got a fly in my salads, I did not complain because I know a mistake can happen. But remaining constant on mistakes...

Unprofessional staff, especially the blonde girl who was there at 3pm on September 22 Sunday, she took forever to make my sub and most of the time she was in the back doing God knows what and took forever to come out and take the order l, extremely rude when to a delivery driver who was there to pick a order. Whosoever is the owner of this location better train their employees how to treat and provide good and efficient customer service. Never going back to this...
