I have been going at this location since a very long time. Almost one year. But on Friday evening (September 2, 2022) I ordered online. I reached at location early so that i can ask the girl to put more vegies (as i select an option for more vegetables) Because last time i had subway there wasn’t enough vegetables and i mentioned to put more vegetables. I never had a problem with their subs. Always been really good. I asked the girl named DIPTI that can you please put more vegies just like i used to have but last time there wasn’t enough. She said I have to close the sandvich as well ‘ in a very rude tone. Never experienced like this before. Didn’t even apologized. I asked her to not be rude i asked a simple thing to do. That was really disappointing. IF YOU DO NOT WANNA TALK NICE TO PEOPLE THEN DO NOT WORK. DO NOT SHOW YOUR FKG ATTITUDE.

Was this a good customer service? I dont think so! If the l customer is not able to hear what you are saying there is no need to be rude! Also she had an open argument with us in front of other customers where she just started yelling and not even letting us speak our part. On asking for a manager she told us you can tell the manager but I am gonna tell her too what you did? Asking for a good customer service is what we did!!!!
